1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Account Registration

To open an account at gk 222, it is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Registering with false information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in the account being cancelled.

2.1 One Account Per Person

A user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, gk 222 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any pending funds or bonuses.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable on the gk 222 platform only; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to withdraw the bonus portion before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• gk 222 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account may be closed.

5.3 Other Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Policy

gk 222 provides various gaming options including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Specific betting rules apply to each game category.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Unfair Conduct Prohibited

7. Account Suspension and Closure

gk 222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• By order of a court or at the request of a law enforcement agency.
• The account remaining inactive for a long period.

A user may voluntarily close their own account if they wish. In that case, any active bonuses or conditional winnings will be cancelled. It is advisable to complete any pending withdrawals before submitting a request to close the account.
